The scope of quarterly industry data on senior housing occupancy has expanded from 31 U.S. markets to 100, giving providers a more robust resource for strategic analysis.
Beginning with the data release for the first quarter of 2009, NIC MAP (a subscription-based data reporting and analysis service from the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry) will include findings from the nation’s top 100 metro markets. Every quarter, NIC MAP reports occupancy rates, inventory growth, supply and demand, construction starts, and more.
