Technogym had a chance to talk with Joel Reger, Director of Resort Operations at Trilogy. Here is what he had to say about their experience with Technogym.
Why did you chose Technogym? We found Technogym equipment to be far superior then whatwe had in our existing club so we made the switch. We are building a 30,000 square foot fitness facility but in the mean time we developed a temporary facility so our residents could see the equipment and get used to it, we did not want to wait.
Which activities have generated attraction and retention? Our residents are very impressed with the technology and amazed with what the Wellness System can do. One of their favorite features is that the Smart Key can be programmed so when they insert the key into the cardio equipment their favorite TV channel automatically comes up when they start their workout.
Our goal is to make our residents workout experience fun and exciting. We do this by using the Wellness System to incorporate contests, track performance and create motivation through the equipment.
General thoughts about Technogym: I think one of the strongest attributes has been the company itself and the staff. Anytime I need anything I am able to get a hold of someone immediately. There is a person for everything. All of this support as well as the education and training we received prior to installation has made everything go smoothly.
